In the Sony 'PSP Media Manager' software (which runs on your PC), click on 'Feeds' (icon at the top), then 'Add' (left hand column of options) and enter this URL to the dialog box:
http://www.videobotics.com/vbxrss.xml
and click on the 'download one episode' check-box.
Then the PSP Manager program will automatically pull new MPEG4 PSP videos into your PC for you to transfer to your PSP (using the USB cable connection). We'll be posting PSP-compatible video files to this web feed from time to time. Our first 'sample' is a fractal art animation of about 25 seconds duration. Check it out! We're planning on having some real fun with the PSP.
On the 'regular' web you can also find our RSS 'feed' here:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/videoboticsrss
We'll have Videobotics news and PSP videos on the RSS feed - keep an eye on it.
so... if you have a Sony PSP check out this cool new cam control technology here: (you should be able to access this page anywhere you have your PSP and there's a WiFi system available for web access)
Videobotics Sony PSP Cam Control Page
Here's how we do it:
We set up the Pixord videoserver box to FTP a picture every 10 seconds to our web site. Then we have the CamMotion software (our Cosmos multi-camera version for the Sony EVI-D70 with 3 cams set up right now and an ASEL-16 switcher - camera #1 is the Sony EVI-D70 so it can be controlled) running here. We also run a webserver to pull in and refresh the image to the visitor's PSP and handle the CGI requests coming from this special page to control the cam. The CGI scripts are written in Rebol (free from www.rebol.com) and they relay the commands over to the CamMotion software to actually move cam #1 or select cam #2 or #3. Cameras #2 and #3 are just 'stationary' video cameras hooked up to the switcher so they can be seen but not moved.
Come back soon ...
